1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website located at https://go.paytrue.solutions/ (the "Site") and the digital goods purchase services (the "Services") provided by TrueFi Information Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
2. Services Description
We are an officially authorized distributor of in-app virtual currency and items for the App "BigoLive" ("App"). We facilitate the purchase and delivery of such digital goods to your designated App account. We are an independent service provider and are not the developer or operator of the App.
3. Account Registration
To make a purchase, you must register an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
- 4.1 You are solely responsible for accurately providing your correct App region, server, and character ID during checkout. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect information.
- 4.2 All prices are final and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners. You agree to their terms.
- 4.3 For faster checkout on future purchases, you may choose to securely save your payment method. This is facilitated through our payment partners using tokenization technology. We only store a secure payment token and do not have access to your full payment card details.
5. Refund and Dispute Policy
5.1 Refunds are ONLY considered in the following cases:
- (a) Successful payment is not recorded by our system, and the digital goods are not delivered within 72 hours.
- (b) A duplicate charge due to a verifiable system error on our part.
5.2 NO REFUNDS will be issued under the following circumstances (including but not limited to):
- (a) The digital goods have been successfully delivered to the App account you specified, regardless of whether they have been used or consumed in the App.
- (b) Delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete App account information provided by you.
- (c) User error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the purchased item.
- (d) Issues arising from App server problems, updates, account suspensions, or any action by the App's official operator.
5.3 Refund Request:
To request a refund for an eligible case, contact our support at finance@paytrue.solutions within 3 days with your order number and proof of payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (logos, text, software) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use any content without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- 7.1 The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- 7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
- 7.3 We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to force majeure events (e.g., wars, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, actions by App operators).
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, abuse of promotions, or attempting to compromise the security of the Services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without cause.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre] under its rules.
